You can order products displayed on this website
(1) by ordering online through this website
(2) by phoning us or
(3) Fill in our contact form letting us know which products you are interested in.

If you have placed your order online, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.

Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the Goods you have ordered are not available in stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the options to either wait until the item is available from stock, change your order to another item or cancel your order.

We do not keep all of our stock listed online at our Chelsea store location; if you are travelling, it is recommended that you call ahead to verify if we have the item you are looking for in-store.

We made sure that the products supplied by MobilityScooterUK match as closely as possible to the pictures provided on our website. Please note that, due to variations amongst computer monitors, product colours may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. We can’t guarantee an exact match of the chosen product 100%.

 

Guarantee

All new products purchased from MobilityScooterUK are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

VAT Pricing

The prices in our online shop are shown VAT free. Each product page will show prices exclusive & inclusive of VAT.

You can pay by any: credit or debit card, cheque, cash or we can organise a bank transfer for you. We also accept Paypal. The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds.
